Private Sessions
50 minutes - £60
One-to-one sessions will allow for more individual attention.
In our sessions you will learn informal and formal practices, including meditation which will help you to cultivate more present moment awareness in your everyday life….resulting in more calm and more joy.
You will learn to calm the ‘overthinking mind’. Our thoughts can be the trigger for stress and anxiety, and can cause challenges in communication and relationships, and make illnesses and associated pain more difficult to manage.
You can choose between in-person sessions [in SW London] or online sessions.
