Private Sessions

One-to-one sessions will allow for more individual attention.
We will look at how cultivating presence and a more mindful way of being can help you in your everyday life.
We will apply these teachings to any challenges you have in your life and where you feel particularly stressed or anxious.
If appropriate, we will engage informal and formal mindfulness practices, including meditation which can help you to cultivate more present moment awareness in your everyday life, resulting in more calm and peace.
Our thoughts often are the trigger for feelings of stress and anxiety. By understanding this connection we can calm the ‘overthinking mind’ and experience more peace and enjoyment in our lives.
You can choose between in-person sessions [in SW London] or online sessions.
