A six-week course that explores ways to cultivate presence in our everyday lives.

Bringing your attention to the ‘here and now’, is a way to reduce stress and anxiety, improve communication and relationships, manage pain and illness, bringing more peace into your everyday life.  

Our busy, distracted minds, ‘minds full’ rather than ‘mindful’, take our attention away from this very moment. We dwell on past events or anticipate the future.

Through a combination of formal and informal practices, such as meditation, visualisation and listening exercises, we will explore ways to cultivate more presence in our everyday activities and as a result we will feel more at ease with life.

These sessions will be interactive and experiential and kept small, with a maximum of 8 participants.
