Practising Presence

A six week course that explores ways to cultivate presence in our everyday lives.

Bringing your attention to the ‘here and now’ is a way to calm the overthinking mind, reduce stress and anxiety, improve communication and relationships, manage pain and illness bringing peace into your everyday life.
